SWOD is BodyExpress extreme signature workout. This workout consisted of 3 set of 30-20-10 reps perform at your highest level of fitness. The 3 set is called 'wave', in the 1st wave most of the movement consisted of body weight execise and one strength exercise. 2nd wave consisted of two strength exercises and one body weight. 3rd wave is all strength, while you are almost giving up, we push you even harder.
