BMW (Body Motion Workout) Series, is a series of 2000 types of workouts that are specially grouped into three different categories, namely: BMW 30 minutes workout, BMW 60 minutes workout and BMW 90 minutes workout.

The class consists of different, limited time phrases, and each of these phrases are depicted with names or symbols representing different types of workouts to be completed, each of these workouts must be accomplished within or before the end of the given time. These signature workouts differ on a weekly basis.
